Down on horsepower, up on skill, Freddie Spencer wins at rain-soaked Laguna Seca on his Fast by Ferracci Ducati 916 motorcycle. At one point Fast Freddie had a 23-second lead during the race. Three-time World G.P. Champion Spencer had come out of retirement to run a few AMA races in 1995.
